GuidingTag 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

Free Returns & Exchanges: We want you to love your organized dishwasher! We offer free returns and exchanges for all orders within 30 days of delivery within the Continental US. For locations outside the continental US, competitive shipping rates are available.

How to Start a Free Return: Please do not mail items back to our warehouse without contacting us first, as we want to save you the cost of retail shipping!

  1. Email us at contact@guidingtag.com with your order number and a quick photo or video of the item.

  2. Our team will review your request and email you a free, prepaid USPS return shipping label.

  3. Pack the product in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at your local post office.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will automatically process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please email us!

Order Cancellations & Address Changes: We work quickly to get your order out the door! If you need to cancel your order or fix an incorrect shipping address, please email us within one hour of placing your order. Once that one-hour window has passed, your order has already begun processing and cannot be modified or canceled. At that point, your best option is to wait for delivery and use our free return process.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders: We want to ensure you receive what you paid for. While we cannot control weather or carrier delays once a package leaves our warehouse, we have your back:

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with a photo so we can make it right.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is completely lost by the carrier, we will immediately ship a replacement out to you at our cost. (Please note: we do not issue flat refunds for carrier delays or lost packages, but we will ensure you receive your product).

Refused Deliveries & International Orders

  • Refused Deliveries: If a package is refused at delivery without contacting us first, your refund will be issued minus the actual cost of the return shipping label.

  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any local customs, duties, or import taxes. If an international package is returned to us because customs fees were left unpaid, we will refund the cost of the product, minus the original shipping charges.
